Bradley Stoke By-Election - Focus on Meadowbank ward10.29.27am GMT Sun 22nd Nov 2009 Another Resignation, Another By-Election! Just over 12 months after the 1st resignation another Conservative councillor has decided to resign causing another vacancy on the Bradley Stoke Town Council (Meadowbank ward) that will cost council tax payers at least £2,000.
